Oria II
Oria is a major real estate project located on the south shore of Montreal which offers a universe where modernity and authenticity converge in a vein of prestige. Presented in phase I as a sparkling jewel nestled in greenery, phase II of the project is a new chapter with a contemporary and sophisticated character. The Oria II paper brochure is a publication that serves as a sales tool. It introduces future residents to the privileged environment of this innovative district, surrounded by the calm and softness of the green spaces that border it.
The graphic approach revisits the codes in place in this area to provoke an eloquent experience that instills the ideas of balance, finesse and freedom prioritized by the client. The brochure highlights the evolution of this high-end project towards a “second” phase: adaptation of the logo with a double “I” and bilingual publication head to tail. The use of foils, fine lines and vellum pages is an ode to the elegance, refinement and radiance of this new living space.
