In the heart of Montreal's South Shore, Oria unveils its second phase through a printed brochure where modernity meets authenticity. The design reimagines luxury real estate codes by creating a distinctive visual experience, driven by ideas of balance, refinement, and freedom.
The project's evolution is reflected in a subtle adaptation of the logo, incorporating an elegant double I, while the bilingual head-to-tail layout reveals the innovation behind this new chapter. The gold foil, fine lines, and vellum paper pages underline the refinement of this exceptional living space.
